Under this brand, the ensemble of an automated production of dough blocks or continuous dough sheets for further processing on our semi-automatic pastry, bread and roll lines. The production of the dough sheet or dough blocks is performed by our FRITSCH LAMINATOR or DOUGHLINER.
The combination of a sheeting line with a processing line forms the FRITSCH PROGRESSA, analogous to the already known IMPRESSA in the industrial sector.
Depending on the combination and the corresponding output volume, the PROGRESSA lines are named basic, plus or prime.
