FRITSCH honours long-time employees

In January, FRITSCH continued a special tradition at the World of Bakery Technology Centre in Kitzingen: honouring long‑serving employees whose commitment, reliability, and loyalty have shaped the company over many years.

Around 60 employees who have been with FRITSCH for at least ten years were invited. The event focused on three employees with exceptionally long service records: Petra Reichenberger, Klaus Fichtel and Harald Appler, who have each been with the company for 40 years.

In his speech, FRITSCH Managing Director Dr. Nico Haßmann emphasised the importance of long-term experience, especially in challenging times. FRITSCH greatly benefits from employees whose continuity, dedication, and loyalty contribute significantly to the success of the company.
