As part of the Girls'Day - Mädchen-Zukunftstag, we welcomed 6 girls, aged 13-14, to spend the day at FRITSCH and to experience the technical side of things in a mechanical engineering company.
The program included building a "Heißer Draht" (also known as "The Buzz Wire" or "The Steady Hand Game"), which involved designing a component of the game in a CAD-program, soldering and drilling.
While spending most of the day at our premises in Markt Einersheim, at the end of it, they received a tour of the World of Bakery. They were accompanied by their guides Lukas (Mechanics) and Thomas (Team Leader Apprenticeships Electrics, seen here left to right).
The “Girls'Day - Mädchen-Zukunftstag” works under the motto “Empowering girls and attracting skilled workers” and aims to facilitate stereotype-free career guidance for girls.
