Reporting Channels for Whistleblowers

It is our primary goal to handle all business matters in a legally and ethically correct manner. This makes it possible to prevent misconduct and violations and thus to avert damage to FRITSCH its employees and business partners. Of course, it is a great concern of FRITSCH to prevent compliance, environmental or other violations, to recognize them early and to eliminate them as quickly as possible.

It is important that our employees, business partners and the public openly report critical activities and misconduct in our company. All types of misconduct can be reported, ranging from criminal violations such as fraudulent activities and theft but also violations such as money laundering, tax evasion, data protection violations and discrimination in the workplace.

All information is treated with absolute confidentiality. The confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, the persons who are the subject of the report and other persons named in the report will be maintained.

In addition, the whistleblower is protected by the EU Whistleblower Directive 2019/1937 as well as by the German Whistleblower Protection Act.

As a whistleblower, you will not be subjected to any disadvantage or punishment as a result of a complaint made in good faith to the best of your knowledge.
