Our FRITSCH Technology Center

We always focus on your baked product. It is the basis for designing the best process and resulting from that for the perfect line configuration. A long time ago FRITSCH realized that not the dough should be adapted to the line, but the line has to suit the many different types of dough. This strategy proved to be extremely successful and has become our company philosophy throughout the years. We therefore invest a lot into the professional education of our dough technologists and into the equipment of our Technology Centre. On 4,600 sqm we offer you the possibility to test our lines with all preceding and following processes and under real-life conditions.
